Dear Friend:
Welcome to Panic Attack Survival Guide,
My name is Darren Bardsley and I had been a sufferer of a Panic and a
General Anxiety Disorder for a long time. As you will soon read I had
my first episode in my pre-teen years, some 30+ years ago.
In the last seven years or so, I've gained a huge amount of knowledge
about panic and anxiety attacks and their potential to become
disorders. As a panic attack sufferer turned expert, it is my goal to
see that all those who have an unfortunate, but similar fate are
properly advised and gain a good understanding about their problem.
Moral support and clear information dramatically help those first
encounters of a panic attack and lead to a much faster return to a
Panic Free Life.
It took some time to mentally accept the disorder I had; mainly because
I did not get the help I really needed until a few years ago, so I'd
like to share what I have learned and discovered over the last several
years with you, free of charge.
Feel free to browse the links at the bottom of this page for more
information about panic attacks and anxiety disorders, or signup for my
10-part panic attack email course below, where you'll receive one
lesson per day in your email box.
In my FREE Minicourse, You'll Learn:
* How to Recognise a Panic Attack.... What a panic attack is and why
adrenaline plays a key part in the major symptoms most sufferers
experience
* Knowing The Symptoms of a Panic Attack... Sweating, chest pain,
hyperventilation are just a few of the many symptoms you will be
told about
* A Doctors Diagnosis... Understand this - having one or a number of
the symptoms common in a panic attack, does not immediately mean
you are having one - Your Doctor Knows Best!!
* Why Me?... Why me exactly? A question all sufferes ask. Around 3%
of the national population are affected by panic attacks - you are
not alone!
* The Physical Causes of Panic Attacks... Want to understand what is
physically happening? Believe me it will seriously help you when
you know!
* WARNING: You May be at Risk... Find out whether you are more or
less likely to have panic attacks and why your genes (no not your
denim ones) may have a lot to do with it
* Should You Consider Medication?...There are a number of different
types of medication, some of which can have side effects and be
addictive. Maybe the "non-drug" route is your better option?
* Much, Much More...
